The summer reading programs are available in Aberdeen, Bloomfield, Brick, Bridgewater, Burlington, Caldwell, Cranford, Cherry Hill, Demarest, Denville, Egg Harbor Township, Ewing, Flemington, Freehold, Hackettstown, Hillsborough, Jersey City, Medford, Mercerville, Middletown, Midland Park, Morristown, New Brunswick, Newark, Oakland, Old Bridge, Palisades Park, Paramus, Princeton, Randolph, Red Bank, South Orange, Sparta, Teaneck, Toms River, Vineland, Voorhees, Wall Township, Wayne, Wenonah, West Long Beach, Westwood, Woodbridge, and other locations throughout the area.

Programs are offered as a community service through Rutgers University, Division of Continuing Studies, and have been taught through a partnership with the Institute of Reading Development since 2003.
